NOTES:
Studio 88 is a one-off group that is piano driven. "Misirlou" is very catchy and reminds one of Andre Gagnon or Silvetti. Really nice instrumental Disco that is worth seeking out.

I think the underlying driving sound here is very FOUND A CURE w/ concert piano activity and latin horns laid on top.
"Misirlou" has at least one other disco version : MUSIC RAMA BAND released a 5:52 version on 45 in 1976 . Quite exotic and arabesque w/ vocals .
