Rhoades Affair? Who is Rhaodes Affair? From the small Emergency Records sub-label, Brass Records comes "See You In September" with a male Barry White-like voice and an intro that sounds like Celi Bee's "Hold Your Horses." This is not a great song, but can grow on you after a listen or two. Remixed by Tony Valor.
