Sep 24, 2006 | 7:00 amI can't believe anyone can say anything negative about this Lp. As far as I'm concerned, it's his best, thanks to Gregg Diamond. "Givin' back the feeling" is a killer disco track, as is "Dance in a circle". Gregg Diamond, by producing and co-writing this LP, gave McCrae the same gift he'd made to Gloria Gaynor with "Glorious": probably his best album. Maybe not in terms of sales, but certainly in terms of quality of arrangements and writing.
This remains one of my favorite disco LPs.

Nov 11, 2005 | 7:26 amI wasn't impressed with the album except for one cut which I heard at the Paradise Garage and Better Days back when disco was starting to tear it up, the song that I liked was 'Givin' Back The Feeling

Aug 12, 2004 | 6:22 amMust agree with you that the album was not a good step for George's career after so many big hits. I did like the "Dance In A Circle" track though and thought at the time if it had got a remix and a single release it could have been a hit but it wasn't to be.....

I much prefer "Diamond Touch" to McCrae's work with KC and the Sunshine Band. But I'd prefer total silence to anything involving the Sunshine Band, and I don't care how many millions of records they sold.
