NOTES:

Chairman of the Board hails from the DC area and put out the very soulful and party-like "Come On In and Dance" in 1979 on the small ICA (Independence Corp. of America) label. "Come On and Dance" is okay. Not horrible by any stretch, just okay. Think what would happen if TK Records had merged with Motown. Hard to describe the sound.
