The full name for Love De-Luxe is Love Deluxe with Alan Hawkshaw's Discophonia. Their 1979 LP for Warner unleashed the Disco classic "Here Comes That Sound Again." It appeared as a 12" Disco single, but in an abbreviated edit so the album featured here is the only way to get the full 16+ minute version. It's head and shoulders above the 12" because you get to hear it the way that Hawkshaw had envisioned.
Alan Hawkshaw's previous claim to fame was producing "Symphony of Love" for Miquel Brown in 1978 and working extensively with Alec R. Costandinos. Love Deluxe later released a 12" single in the UK in 1980 with two decent songs, but never reappeared.

On the UK issue of this LP, which I own, the tracks "I got that feelin'" and "Let me make it up to you" appear in reverse order to the above (i.e. I got that feelin' is the final track on Side 2).
