Gregg Diamond was at the height of his game when he released the Hot Butterfly album in 1978. Where many albums had filler tracks Bionic Boogie's was full of first rate quality tracks, which makes this an indispensable album.
The unmistakable vocals of a young Luther Vandross can be heard on many Gregg Diamond / Bionic Boogie productions including this one. Also features the vocals of Cissy Houston who had some sizeable Disco hits with "Think It Over" and Warning-Danger."
