MUSIC REVIEW & RECORD COLLECTOR NOTES

Giorgio Moroder and crew come together on this 1977 Munich Machine album, which features the awesome Get On the Funk Train. This track starts off with a female voice telling the recording engineer to keep on layering tracks such as bass, guitar... We hear this gradual layering of tracks till we get the full blown song. Not to be missed.

The B side is basically a rehash of Moroder's other material for Donna Summer and Roberta Kelly.

DISCO CLASSIC ALERT!!! One Of The Greatest Disco Albums Ever!!!! If you are a DISCO fan, and YOU DON'T OWN THIS, you really aren't a DISCO FAN. Both sides of this album are so good, that I can't come up with enough adjectives to explain how truly GREAT it is. If the dictionary were to put an album picture next to the term DISCO, this is that album! On my scale it gets a ten. But realistically, it deserves a lot more!!

The Munich Machine accompanied Donna Summer on several of her albums, including the title track of "Love to love you baby". Germany-based producer Giorgio Moroder penned most of their track, including the full length version of "Get on the funk train". Awesome Trax.
