MUSIC REVIEW & RECORD COLLECTOR NOTES

A hard to find white label promo 12 inch single of the Progressive Instrumental Remix of Dan Hartman's "Vertigo / Relight My Fire." Ths bad boy clocks in at 11:22 whereas the standard version is at around 9 minutes. Pretty much a dubbish instrumental all the way through with a few vocal verses by Loleatta Holloway towards the end.

One of my favorite all-time DISCO CLASSICS!! You can't get much better DISCO than this. Simply awesome!! Loved to play it, loved to play with it!! Great for a creative deejay to remix, I played it as often as I could!! The intro would last forever. I used to play it over the top of other instrumentals, such as MIDNIGHT EXPRESS or I FEEL LOVE. The crowds would eat it up. On my scale from 1-10, it gets a 10!!

An excellent song and honorable mention to John Luongo's touch on the mix!

Was this the version on his last album "Keep The Fire Burnin'", because it is over 11 minutes long?
