NOTES:

Great French electronic album! Arpadys numbered six elements and was headed by the bassist Sauveur Mallia. Mallia and Dahan were components of the "Voyage" (Roger Tokarz produced this group too).

The bass is the predominant instrument and is evident in the fabolous opening track: "Monkey Star" (never released as 12") is a disco masterpiece with "spatial" arrangements which made this album a cult favorite. "Funky Bass" is the other trak which is worth the price of this LP together with the up-tempo "Stone Roller."

While the French pressing on Polydor is featured here, the Arpadys album was also released on Decca Records in Germany.
