Two Hot for Love is a great album-side song and a "must have." In an exclusive interview with Butterfly Records founder A.J. Cervantes, he tells how they recut Two Hot For Love.
THP Orchestra later dropped "Orchestra" from their name and had another good cut with "Weekend Two Step" and "Good To Me" when they moved to Atlantic Records. T. H. P. stand for Three Hats Productions.
The record featured here is a special limited edition pressing on white colored vinyl.

Nov 23, 2009 | 4:45 pmHelp!!! I've loved "Too Hot for Love" forever. However, I've never been able to figure out the lyrics to some of the lines. Does anyone know them????

Jun 07, 2006 | 3:29 amI totally agree, an absolute must-have! I got a German pressing (LP) and it sounds really good.

Apr 06, 2005 | 9:20 amJust a technical note here: For some reason, the US copies of this album sound quite muddy. Canadian copies are much better (which is rather unusual, as it's usually the other way round). The catalog number is the same; the only difference is that Canadian copies are on the RCA label.

Feb 14, 2005 | 5:24 pmAgree with you Darren S, brilliant Canadian disco orchestra produced by Willie Morrison and Bruce Ley. Lead vocalist: Wayne St.John. "THP" stands for "Three Hats Productions".
The fabulous LP version of "Two hot for love" made THP's name - it features wah-wah guitar and funky flutes. Fantastic record !

Jan 30, 2004 | 6:27 amIt's surely not a spelling mistake, but a very clever double-entendre: think about it! (Two, hot for love) ;-)

I have my copy. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2WDl6d3k1-c
