Evelyn King's second album is an excellent party album.
Dancier than "Smooth talk" ; it jumps from typical disco to funky jams to ballads with ease.It is the perfect follow-up to "Shame".
"Music Box" (the disco-tinged title track) is infectious and joyous as the teenager professes her love for her radio.
"Steppin' Out" closes side 1 and opens side 2 with a slapping bass and a throwdown groove.
Salsoul's Instant Funk are the featured musicians on two tracks.
