This is the original version of Gary Glitter's "Rock & Roll, Parts 1 & 2". However, on the vinyl, the back to back mixes of the song are backwards, meaning that Part 2 is actually first, followed by Part 1. Canada's Unidisc label re-released this 1972 classic in 1991. The B side is a longer mix of Steam's "Na Na Hey Hey, Kiss Him Goodbye". Once again, the original version, but extended.

This is one hell of a song. A DISCO CLASSIC that also became a National Phenomena as an ANTHEM that is still played today. WHERE? Go to any High School, College or Professional Basketball game, and you will hear this record or another version of it. ROCK N' ROLL Parts 1&2 is a fantastic song! Thata's it! Nothing more needs to be said!! 10!!!!
