This was a very under-rated freestyle record that I played during the PRIME TIME hours for about two months. I thought it was pretty impressive, but I was in the minority. Never got Charted, never picked-up by a major label. In fact LEATHER AND LACE were these two extremely HOT MAMITAS from New York City, that had three very strong songs released in the mid-80's. Yet the fact that they were on a "Local" label prevented anyone from knowing them. It was a shame, they had BIG-TIME potential. On my scale from 1-10, they get a 10.
