FOR every great soundtrack like, SATURDAY NIGHT FEVER and THANK GOD IT'S FRIDAY, we have to have one like THE DEEP. To say it wasn't as good, is to nice, to say it was alright, is crazy. You have to say the truth, this soundtrack really sucks. Only DONNA SUMMER'S title song THE DEEP is alright.
It really didn't do too good either, though some attempted to play it (like Me) but it failed to hold a crowd. My dance floor would suffer. On my scale from 1-10, it gets a 3.--- Losing big money on waste vinyl like this really hurt CASABLANCA later on.

YOUR REVIEWS & COMMENTS
one of ma favourits Soundtrack LP and also the Movie is great
John Barry mostly great
Really! I think that this is a terrible soundtrack. The music on it was not very good, but everyone has different tastes. Usually we agree, but not this time!
Maybe Because I like the Movie very much I watced it maybe over 10 time till now
I know why?? JACQUELINE BISSET'S Wet T-shirt is something worth looking at many times!!!
You knwo what I'm thinking for .......
That is why you watched the movie TEN TIMES!!! You are not fooling me!!
I cant fool you of course, but tell me who many times did you watched it?
TWICE! BUT I GOT A POSTER OF HER IN HER WET-SHIRT> Funny that the best part of that movie was that!! Donna Summer did sing well. THE DEEP was not a big hit at all, only the T-Shirt shot!
You'll never be heard if you don't post...
