If you are a fan of WAR, and I am. If you are a fan of LOWRIDER, and I am. Then you gotta have this record!! It is a modern (1991) version of the CLASSIC, with fresh music, sounds good! It sounds like WAR, because it is WAR! Just some other guys RAP a little as well. So play the flip side, the instrumental. I do!! For LOWRIDER fans, a must have!! On my scale from 1-10, it gets a decent 8.
