MUSIC REVIEW & RECORD COLLECTOR NOTES

One of the earliest MIAMI SOUND MACHINE records! Produced by Carlos Oliva. The future Gloria Estefan wasn't even the lead singer! Emilio just played percussion, and not very well! They didn't even have a horn section yet! Two cuts, LIVE AGAIN and its Spanish version RENACER were played in early Miami Discos, and at least one, mine, in New York City! Always wondered why EMILIO never modernized and re-released this song??- On my scale from 1-10, it gets a 5.

Dear friend, RENACER, the song, was re-recorded and released as a single of the first greatest hits in Spanish by Gloria, 'EXITOS DE GLORIA ESTEFAN' (1990). It was re-recorded and modernized. The singles was an only promotional release.
