If you love the Philly International sound, this might have been the end of the line!! I think this as the last release of new material with that old-time Philly Disco sound. Great for listening, but can't recall me actually programming anything off this album. I did play USE TA BE MY GUY a few dozen times. I still love this music though!! On my scale from 1-10, it gets a 4.
