This could be Chaka Khan's most powerful album. Of course it features her mega-hit I FEEL FOR YOU, but also includes THROUGH THE FIRE which was played extremely heavy on all radio stations. THIS IS MY NIGHT is also on this very strong album. Check it out. On my scale from 1-10 it gets a 9.

So 1984 !!!! I loved all the tracks off this album.Today it sounds a little dated but it still is worth a spin.I agree it's one of her best ever.
Images of Beat Street and other early electro boogie anthems come to mind.
