MUSIC REVIEW & RECORD COLLECTOR NOTES

This Disco album by Dream Express is a total sleeper, with cast members on cover disguised as clowns with platinum fuzzy wigs, totally hiding the fact that this is one killer disco album!!! Few are the records that don't request several listens to get you hooked. I totally fell in love with this one from the start. "Get On Board", "Midnight Dream", and each track on Side 1 were instant revelations, as if I'd been expecting them all my life. They epitomize eveything I love about disco.

I won't review each and every track, because each and every one's a winner. No fillers whatsoever. However, here's my 2 faves:
"Get On Board" is a killer of a stomper, driven by keyboards & synths, with strings kicking in later to add to the crazy mood. Really a killer track, in every way.

"Midnight Dream" is another symphonic killer driven by pulsating strings, synths & bass, with the help of a female choir.

I can't recommend this Dream Express LP enough to all disco heads. This is the mother of must-haves...

I can see that DISCO over in Europe is just as reverent as it is here. This is a classy Disco ALBUM,though it contains no DISCO CLASSICS, I too highly recommend this great DISCO album. On my scale from 1-10 it gets a 8.
