Jul 08, 2010 | 10:02 amIf anyone out there ever wants to know, Tyrone Blake was the psuedonym of co-writers/producers Melvyn Taggart & Raymond Roberts, and was produced etc in their little Studio in Camden Town from whence sprang the Pet Shop Boys. We put it out independently only on 12". The singer's real name was James (Jimmy) Patrick. My good friend and music partner Ray Roberts sadly died recently.
