In the US, this was released on the PIR label. At first I thought it was a Philly production, but you can clearly hear Ed Green on drums, the drummer of choice for Gene Page and Barry White (love unilimited orchestra).
Here are links to the US labels, Disco Funk...the instrumental is on PIR but the vocal is on Thom Bells 'Tommy' label.
