MUSIC REVIEW & RECORD COLLECTOR NOTES

The Brothers are better known for their excellent and difficult to find second LP "Don't stop now" that produced several club hits in 1976.

But The Brothers first appeared on the Disco scene in 1975 with their first Album "Disco Soul" that jumped on Billboard's Disco charts in May of the same year with "Are you ready for this".

At first this instrumental song reminded us of Barry White's Love Unlimited Orchestra, but after subsequent spins, and especially after experiencing the second Brothers' album, one began to develop a taste for that distinctive signature "Shatz sound" that was later a major part of so many other mega Disco hits.
