Charles Mann, Soul, Philly Sound, singer/songwriter. (Do not confuse this singer with Cajun/swamp pop/rock singer Charles Mann aka Charles Louis Dominique)
"It's All Over"* a favorite "last call song" at clubs in the UK and Europe. In the US it was the "Signature Last Call Song" of Jimmy Stuard, a DJ at the "Other Side" & "1270" Boston and "12 West" NYC who died at the Everard Baths on May 25, 1977. *Special Thanks to DJ Wendy Hunt for remembering the Singer and Song Title - I had been looking for it for 30 years.

Aug 31, 2008 | 10:04 am"Say You Love Me Too" was a staple on the highly revered AM station WNJR here in the NJ/NY area, one of my favorites tunes, this station was an urban powerhouse in the 70's and 80's, especially for their slowjams at night.

"Its all over" was big on the Northern soul scene here in UK.Still gets played as an ender when the club closes. There was other too. They used to call them 3 before 8 as they played the last 3 records at 8 am. Jimmy Radcliffe-Long after the night is all over. Dean Parrish Im on my way, and Time will pass you by.Tobi Legend.Keep the Faith.Paul Byford
