D.C. LaRue

Let Them Dance b/w You Can Always Tell A Lady (12")

RECORD LABEL / RELEASE INFO:

Pye Records (UK) / 1978 / 7Nl 25795
12" Disco Single 45 RPM

STUDIO CREDITS:

Produced by Bob Esty

TRACKLISTING:

Side A
Let Them Dance (9:15) [D.C. La Rue]

Side B
You Can Always Tell A Lady (By The Company She Keeps) (8:40) [D.C. La Rue / Bob Esty]

NOTES:

This UK 12 inch single differs from the US release of "Let Them Dance" in two ways. Firstly it's cut at 45rpm, but secondly it contains a B side!

"You Can Always Tell A Lady (By The Company She Keeps)" was featured in the film "Thank God it's Friday." It was not featured on any LP (including the Film Soundtrack), and I am led to believe that the UK 12 inch is the only release it received.

YOUR REVIEWS & COMMENTS ON D.C. LaRue

Hi Darren - You Can Always Tell A Lady was also released on the Canadian 12" of Do You Want The Real Thing. It came out in 1978 on Pyramid records and had the same 8:40 mix.

It was also released officially in Italy like the Canadian single. But "Do You Want The Real Thing" was shorter, nearly 9 minutes.
