Disco dancing
RECORD LABEL / RELEASE INFO:
Fantasy Records (UK) / 1978 / 12 FTC 162
12" Disco Single 45 rpm vinyl
STUDIO CREDITS:
Arranged by Richie Rome
Produced by Stanley Turrentine
TRACKLISTING:
Side A:
Disco Dancing (7:58) [Rome / Hurtt]
Side B:
Heritage (3:50) [Sonny Henry]
NOTES:
"Disco dancing" was arranged and co-written by Richie Rome who was more famous for putting together the Ritchie Family (I assume the latter is the correct spelling, but is spelt "Richie" on the label).
Stanley Turrentine plays saxophone throughout, and is backed throughout this very pleasant disco tune with female vocalists singing "Disco dancing and sweet romancing for two".
The B-Side is a jazz-funk instrumental number.
