YOUR REVIEWS & COMMENTS ON Convertion

Actually Larry Levan mixed Let's Do It. Maybe John Morales mixed the 8 Minute Disco version which appears on the Purple and white labeled 1990 release but the 6 minute 42 second version released in 1980 was mixed by Larry Levan.

One more thing the song was produced by Greg Carmichael. Leroy Burgess is one of the writers of this song along with James calloway and one more other person.I will post the name of the 3rd person shortly.

Sonny Davenport is the 3rd person who wrote this song. These three would end up crafting a lot of other hits. Leroy burgess was the brains behind a lot of great 80's boogie cuts and this was one of them.

Jason,

Thank you for supplying the extra info. I'll be sure to update the entry. I'll need to ask John Morales the next time we speak if he mixed this release or the 1990 version.
