J.T. Connection

Dance My Life Away (12")

RECORD LABEL / RELEASE INFO:

Butterfly Records (US) / 1979 / FLY-GMP-1
12" Disco Single 33 1/3 RPM Vinyl record

STUDIO CREDITS:

Producer: Jim Taylor

TRACKLISTING:

Side A
Dance My Life Away (6:34)

Side B
Midnight Dancer (4:59)

NOTES:

Butterfly Record's house mixer was given the chance to produce his own project under the name J.T. Connection. "Dance My Life Away" is a pleasant tune that is pure Disco while being a little pop sounding, but the instrumentation gives it a distinctive character. This sort of reminds me of material by Lightning on Casablanca.
