NOTES:

Saxophonist Chuck Higgins earned R&B fame for his composition "Pachuko Hop", but didn't gain enough general acclaim. In 1979 published this album which didn't get success but can be a discovery for the disco fans. All the tracks are fresh, well arranged and with the right amount of funk. I don't know if singles were extracted.
