NOTES:

Cameo began life in New York around 1974 as a standard funk band a la Parliament / Funkadelic and was fronted by Larry Blackmon.

Cameo's 1979's Chocolate City Records release from the "Secret Omen" LP gave us the Disco classic "I Just Want To Be." They earlier had the great "Find My Way." Later Cameo standouts include "She's Strange" and "Word Up."
