NOTES:
This is a Local Miami record from this unknown artist and label. Two things that weighed heavily against any possible success. It did have two things going for it, first ISH of FOXY fame was involved. And more importantly, this is a COVER of a great DISCO CLASSIC. The mid-70's K.C.and The Sunshine Band hit, was done effectively as a freestyle song. It was deejay friendly, and very playable. But it had too many things holding it down, and not enough deejays playing it. On my scale from 1-10, it gets a decent 6.
