    Club jock at the "London Victory" "E'lan" and "Cachet", also the Moderator of the Phila. Dance Music Association and a Billboard Reporter. I always remember Billy's music to have a intresting rock flair and drew a very loyal audience. "E'lan" was incredibly successful upscale nightclub in the equally upscale Warwick hotel.
