So there I was sitting in the corner. All of a sudden I had no control of my left hand. It moved up and down on my leg. My left hand and my left leg were having a conversation. It was steady it was consistent it was moving. Just then I looked down and saw my left foot. How can these three parts of my body be in such unison such karma? I noticed my left foot was moving right along with my left hand and leg. Moving motion. I attempted to access that part of the brain the controls these things. I wanted to know what was going on. I got no answer.

Next thing you know my head started rocking back and forth. As I looked down I could see the rhythm of my leg, hand, and foot was the same as my head. Now I am beginning to worry. What has come over me, what have I done? I felt this pulse; my head was in such a movement. When I thought about it, I noticed I was feeling pretty good. I felt no pain no harm was upon me. I wish I new why my human body was moving the way it was. Just then I started to unwind. All the things from that day started to disappear from my mind. My shoulders started to lighten from the weight of the world.

Next thing you know, the right side of my human body started to do the same thing. Now how do you explain that? I looked down at my human self and notice every visible part of me was moving at this pace, this rhythm, in harmony, with togetherness, a smooth flow, a wonderful peace. What is going on? What has come over me? How do I explain this? What is my ill? Am I possessed? How can I be moving like this, and I have not told my human body to do so?

Just then I noticed. My ears have turned off all noise around me yet I was not deaf. I could still hear. But what I could hear was going at the same pace as the motion of my human body. WOW!!! Is what I said? WOW indeed. What is this magic? What is this power? What is this movement, this motion, this pace, this harmony, this togetherness, this smooth flow, this wonderful peace, this rhythm.
What was this?
