Liam Taaffe
UK DJ (July 25, 1980 - Present)
There are DJs who turn up, play records and make people dance. And there are producers who make the records that DJs will kill for. There are very few people in dance music who can do both and Liam Taaffe does both consistently, proving why he is leading the way for new Irish talent. In 1999 Liam became the resident at Passion, supporting the likes of Judge Jules, Col Hamilton, John Kelly, John 00 Fleming, Rob Tissera, Chris & James, Jay Pidgeon and Mark Kavanagh. Liamís international profile developed as he presented a dance music show on Emerald FM and he soon found himself DJing in New York and Miami. His legendary Miami appearance in 2003 at WMC got him featured in BBM magazine and on moving to London he took up the post of UK manager for Pulse Radio. Now a resident at Club Spectrum in Manchester, he continues to play with some of the UKs best DJs as he developed the UK Pulse Radio sound.
