Feb 22, 08 | 3:33 pmThere is way too little information about DUSTY here. I forget who she used to sing with in the sixties and early seventies. It was a pretty famous band, but I can't remember it right now. I do remember her inspirational voice when she sang with THE PET SHOP BOYS. The title to that song escapes me as well! But you know what I am talking about!! Someone, anyone, help us out here, lets get a better BIO about DUSTY SPRINGFIELD, dhe deserves it. God Bless!

No, the only bands Dusty sang with were BEFORE 1962, the Springfields, kind of a folk band with Dusty, her brother and one other guy. and before that, in around '59, she sang with The Lana Sisters who had one minor hit in Great Britain. Everyone knows she had a huge international career from about '62 onwards till the early 70's when she moved to L.A. and her career went way downhill. but she did do some disco-oriented material in late 70's/early 80s, and then was "rediscovered" by the Pet Shop Boys and had a hit with them in "What Have I Done to Deserve This."
