YOUR COMMENTS ON Jeff Porcaro

This is one of the greatest losses on the music industry ... Porcaro was an incredible talent and such a HUGE drummer... It is even worse that he had to die like a bug... literally. He went home one night after a recording session and went to sleep... not to wake up again due to some strange reaction to a chemical product that had been used that very same day to erradicate bugs on the house... Jeff... all of us musicians have missed you since, will keep on missing you

Just an FYI....Jeff Porcaro didnt exactly die the way you said he did. Yes, he had been working with a pesticide and it triggered problems within his CNS(CENTRAL NERVOUS SYSTEM). His legs went numb, he couldn't raise his arms, this all happened when his wife found him on the couch. He was taken to an ER and Docs said they could smell pesticide all over him and were treating him as a poison victim. His wife spoke with him at the hospital and told him his kids, family and friends were there.....and he died.

I got this info from a myspace page that has a clip from E.T. and this was part of Susan Porcaro's interview.
