Ethel MermanEthel Merman (1909-1984)
(Singer and actress) Not a Disco artist by any stretch of the imagination, but a Broadway actress known for a horrible Disco album in 1979.

YOUR COMMENTS ON Ethel Merman

I was distributing records for the FLORIDA RECORD POOL, when I was given two boxes containing The Ethel Merman DISCO album. That was plenty to hand out to every deejay. I couldn't get them to take it!! Today, it is a cult item, worth more than your average piece of vinyl. This record by no means should reflex on ETHEL'S career. Her time on stage on BROADWAY will be what she is remembered for, not her novelty DISCO album. God Bless!
