The Voyage's 'Souvenirs' remix he made is very good! I love it...
When three guys from Kentucky listened to a Disconet medley and decided they could do better, Steve was open-minded enough to take a listen to us. We created what became the Hot Tracks 1984 medley, and went on to create the Best of Hot Tracks '84, as well as the 1985 2-issue medley, "Octomnipent Zeitgeist".
Steve (and his right-hand gal, Gini Spiersch) made a significant contribution to the dance music scene in the 80's.
I still regard my Hot Tracks experiences as some of the most satisfying and significant in my musical career.
