Disco DJ and Disco Promotions (b. June 9, 1947 - present)

 

Arnie Smith Arnie Smith was the first DJ at Studio One. Arnie worked with Marc Paul Simon establising Provocative Promotions as the first promotions company for Disco music.

Arnie Smith on to become National Director of Disco Promotions at both Casablanca and RSO Records working with artists such as Donna Summer, Village People, Patti Brooks, and Irene Cara. Also worked promoting Grace Jones.
