COMMENTS ON Claudja Barry
Back in the late seventies, while I was running the Florida Record Pool for BO CRANE, CLAUDJA BARRY came in to promote BOOGIE WOOGIE DANCING SHOES and talked at length with me all afternoon. A very beautiful lady, whose intelligence outshines her beauty. She signed copies of her records and had CUBAN COFFEE for the first time. After I caught her bouncing off the walls, we went out to dinner and then toured Miami DISCOS. It was there that she realized that she didn't need to come to Miami to push her record, everyone was playing it!!All in all, she loved it down here, and we in turn loved her. I did not know she was part of BONEY M!! Thanks for the info.
