Although never directly involved in the music end of the disco business, we all know what Ellen Michaels looks like even if we never found out her name. She was the stunning 1970s era model on the cover of numerous Disco records, including The Salsoul Orchestra, Barrabas and even Eric Clapton.
Ellen Michaels was born February 12, 1953 in Queens, New York City. She was a P-l-a-y-m-a-t-e of the month in March, 1972 when she ws 19.

Feb 25, 08 | 9:07 amWOW!! She made many a deejay buy an album simply because she was on the cover! Thank God that there was great music in those albums!! At one point, SALSOUL distributed just the album cover(remember that)! My booth had her picture everywhere! She was lucky she never met me, I would have done everything possible to sweep her off her feet, then she would have been stuck with me!!
