Washington D.C. artist (b.196? - present)
Washington DC based singer Scott Taylor recorded his first dance single in 1985, a tune entittled "SWEAT THE NIGHT AWAY", on Harms Way Records.
Later, after auditioning over the telephone, he landed a recording sitiuation with George Mitchell of Back Beat Records. The first release "It's Not That Far Away", a garage house tune,(produced by Mitchell) did well on the underground scene and reached #1 on many playlists in U.S. and UK in 1991.
The second release,"Don't Turn Your Back" was one of the first records re-mixed by DEEP DISH. It became another underground success in the US and abroad.
