Phil spun records in central Pennsylvania, southern Florida Miami area, Washington D.C., and Manhattan at the Starship Discovery off 42nd Street. He now manages a consulting firm in the sound biz.

Phil was a leading figure in South Florida deejays in the seventies and eighties. Where is he today?
