YOUR COMMENTS ON Wayne Scott

Wayne; I was one of your greatest fans at the Flamingo. The morning hours were awsome, and noone could do them like you! To think that I'm 55 now!! Wish you would contact me if you're ever in NYC. /Ben

Dear Wayne,

I'm gonna have to ask the same question as I asked Sir, Howard. Please give us one unique selling point about Flamingo?

Oh I have 1 more for you, was the club more Diana Ross or Donna Summer?

Thank you

Wayne;
Those nights....many great memories of the new york hey day...these kids today will never know.
I met you through Richie Rivera, I was an up and comer (dj), played at the Eagle at the time next to Jimmy Johnson.
I remember you because you were very radical...attitude and playlist.
Hope this finds you well.

I run the thrift store for the Boys and Girls Club of Venice and I am an ex-New Yorker. I found a hand bill from Studio 54 "The Tattooed Cowboy", music by Deputy Wayne Scott, is this you and would you like it. Thanks, AB

Wayne,

Don't know if you remember me, I was there at Flamingo in '78-'79 with Joe Long of Midnight Rhythm, Liquid Gold, Hallelujah 2000, Love at First Bite, Westside Strutters, Anyway, you and Richie Rivera did the best of the best DJ'ing and promos of all those. Best to you.
