YOUR COMMENTS ON Joe Lenders

Joe was so stuck-up, he wasn't that good looking or even a good deejay!

Geesh, I guess I must have made someone mad. I was a young man of 19 when I started there and it was the hottest club in town, so I'm sure it went to my head.

That said, there were a lot of people that want your attention when you are in a hot club and I could not be as friendly and warm with every single person I met.

About being a good DJ... I don't know if I was or not.. it was more than 30 years ago. Let's assume I was an "average" DJ that was lucky enough to work in a great club. I worked many clubs over 8 years so I must not have been totally terrible. Sorry you had bad memories of me. I apologize for not having been a friendlier person 30 years ago. It must have really made an impact on you to remember it for so long. Best wishes and warmest regards.
