Tom Savarese Tom Savarese was an early New York Disco DJ who also went on to remix a number of Disco records such as Chic's "Dance, Dance, Dance" and Erotic Drum Band's "Plug Me To Death" album.

YOUR COMMENTS ON Tom Savarese

Hey- If anyone is interested, there is a 5-cd set of Tom Savarese's work- each cd a full length continuous mix, that he did for some guy back in 1978 for a New Year's Eve Party. What a rare collectible!! This is the only work available of his on cd, so get over to eBay and snatch it quick before someone legally stops it!!

Thanks guys, for the good words although I do not remember what's on that tape. I do understand that people like it though and that's all that matters. Right?

Tom was a person who was way ahead of his time. He was remixing LIVE before me,. and that was over thirty-five years ago. He made DISCO in the early 70's, and opened the door for others to follow. He should be in a HALL OF FAME somewhere. I would love to present him to the crowd, my introduction of him would bring grown men to their knees. Thanks TOM.
