115 W. Canon Perdido St., Santa Barbara, California Pepper's opened around the cusp of the 1970s-1980s on the tails of 'Saturday Night Fever." Construction took a long time to create a multi-level club. lasted about 4 or 5 year. Now occupied by Paseo Nuevo Mall. Nordstrom's is on Pepper's site, which was the Children's Shop before that.
