QRK turntables

Hi folks, I don't think this is the right section of the forum where post this one but I don't see any more appropriate.
BTW when I was djing in a radio station here in Italy I was using two QRK turntables whose main feature was to have a veeeery quick start, probably less than 1/16 revolution. I am wondering now if someone knows this turntable and whether is still on the market. Just curious...... :razz:

I remember them! QRK also made mixers and some other broadcast equipment. Gates was also very common.

I believe they went out of business in the early 80's.
