| Just capture it internally with your soundcard (if you have a good one) and a decent recording program, then save it in whatever format you like - there should be no loss in quality. |

| An excellent program is Cd Wave Audio Editor 1.9x Try it! I have no background noise from the pc at all, but again as people have already said, you need a good soundcard. |
