Anyone use the USB Plug 'N' Play Turntable?

USB Plug 'N' Play Turntable? After my disastrous experience with the DAK music system (crappy/non existent customer service, "tutorials" that may as well be in a foreign language) I'm reluctant to spend any more money on electronics I see in magazines. Sure would appreciate any feedback, especially interested in knowing about their return policy and if they offer voice-to-voice customer service. Thanks in advance for your assistance. Don't bother. Crappy turntable and crappy D/A computers, geared toward people who know absolutely nothing about computers or turntables.

ANY halfway decent turntable, combined with any half-decent soundcard will give you far better results.
