| I just saw this UK band on David Letterman last night. They did a song called "I Predict a Riot" in an amazing performance!!! What a treat!!! They were sooooo much fun and full of vim & verve and had a catchy song with memorable hooks...maybe, dare I say--- there IS HOPE!!!??? :D I'm sure their single will do little in the US--the land good taste forgot. (WE NEED MORE RAP BLING CRAP like a melanoma!!!)    But, at least, there is some creative spark out there. It felt like the early Eighties again... just like before, it's yesterday once more. Shooby-doo, lang lang..... |

| Totally agree with you Marky. The album 'Employment' is fantastic, 'everyday I love you less and less' is my favourite. There's quite a surge in bands here which are referencing the eighties dance sound. Whilst they play live they use a dance backing track which adds loads of energy. Franz Ferdinand and Chlor are also worth checking out |
